Mac Graphics Cards is quite a simple site and doesn't get too wound up about complex legalities. We list a lot of products from various web retailers, and allow you to click through to them. The retailers pay us a small commission if you then go ahead and buy the product - that's all there is to it. We don't store any personal information at all, and don't really use cookies (see the Privacy Policy for more on that). However all of the content on the site is (in one way or another) copyright. The product content is copyright probably to the retailer, so you'd have to check their site for more on that - the content is licensed to us through their affiliate scheme. That includes descriptions, titles, pricing and imagery. The rest of the site (header, graphics, text and code) is all copyright to Envisinex.
